I HATE E_Cards -- please old fashioned XMAS cards

Hi there
am I unique here or are there others who HATE E-Cards. I like the old fashioned kind and that's probably one of the only uses I still use "Snail Mail" for.

The other sort are so impersonal -- we can do e-mail all year round. - I know you can attach video's etc to e-mail but I love my living room to be festooned with old fashioned Xmas cards from colleagues all over the world.

For me XMAS will be a COMPUTER FREE ZONE.

Happy Hols everyone

Cheers

Well Jim we see eye to eye on this. I have sent out only one "E" card and was forced to do that. Rest snail

I send both, if I like a certain e-card. There's an especially nice Christmas e-card on Jaquie Lawson.

There was a time when I sent out many, many Christmas cards each year. When the price of cards and postage got so high that it was just cost prohibitive, I stopped sending them. While ecards are not as personal as the old fashioned kind, it is better than not sending one at all.

The only e-cards I use are from Jaquie Lawson, she may not have the quantity that some have but she certainly has the quality and makes such beautiful cards.

I send both even though it is a strain on finances, but usually only to family and very close friends.

That's a lovely card Jacee, one of the new ones this year.
