There is...find any post you have made and click the scales.

within your userCP above the ''rep'' you've been given, you'll see the ''rep'' you've handed out.

at the top of this section you'll see your ''rep power''....this is the amount of points you give out whenever you tip someones scales...

is that what your after..??

So 1 bar of pip = how many reps/points?
