    They sell tiger parts in China, it's because of various perceived medicinal properties of a primitive nature, as well as the price the poachers get for the hide of the animal - if they catch the poacher he'll receive a death sentence.

    Customs often intercept parts from protected animals being distributed around the globe by Chinese retailers, usually through regular courier services, and almost always to a Chinese expatriate.

    I believe we saw some tigers feet at work a couple of years back, they were being sent through regular mail to buyers within the UK Chinese community.
