    i use google as a search engine, cuz its been around and its simple. I do not however support their new O.S. ... yet.... im happy its on a linux operating system though. i will need to see more before i decide i like it.

    Right now Google, simply because it is the browser default search engine. I have not tried Bing, to be honest....not out of any loyalty to Google though, it's just not the one at the top of the page.
    Interesting poll though.....I'll be curious to see what is popular with the rest of the members.

    Tried others, but they don't give me what i need.

    Looking forward to what others use, as i still need MORE information to fulfill my quest.

    Google, just because I always have. I fear becoming one of those paranoidal... I kind of want to break Google's monopoly. Maybe someday I will switch to Bing. Help MS out a bit...

    I voted Google because nowadays the main 'web' search engines all like to share the finds, so you only really need one for page searching and that tends to come down to user preference. 10 years ago I would have had a list so big it wouldn't fit on a sheet of A4.

    I do still use others for finding stuff like files on FTP servers that aren't listed on the main engines, but I typically use Google to find these FTP searches lol!
