Best software or way to protect Flash Drive?

I had U3 but I didnt like the fact I couldnt put whatever folders or shortcuts I wanted to on the menu. Plus it was kind of slow. I'm now using PStart, which is great, but I want a way to protect any sensitive data I might put on there. Right now I dont have anything that really matters on it that much.

So does anyone know of some great software to protect my usb thumbdrive? I've looked on Google and there are tons of stuff out there and its hard for me to figure out which is best or what what will work ok with a lot of data. Some of them seem to have limits of like 25mb or something.

Truecrypt. You can create encrypted file containers, where you can stick anything you want to protect. Plus, if you forget the password, you can delete the file, and have to format the drive.

Will TrueCrypt let you put a program in there like Firefox or Thunderbird and encrypt all the files in there? Or say even PHP files for Xammp?

It is like an encrypted drive, only contained in a file. You mount it, then it functions as a hard drive.

I got it to work, but it requires Administrator access to use it. I was able to install it, because I have an old test machine at work (win2000), but I'd rather run all my stuff on my main XP box. Oh well, guess you can win them all. It should still come in handy for other stuff.

If there is another program that doesnt require Administrator access that is good, let me know.
