We're on day 3 now and the first car has just managed to get off our street, there were several attempts yesterday, but all failed.

I think I'm the only person in work

lol....well to be fair you dont have much of a commute

now there's a bit of snow on the ground its far safer on foot than in the motor...... i was out this morning & they're sliding all over the place

       Warning
........please dont travel if you really dont have too.......

grab a coffee & sit here with us
    I will...
better than ict at school - we are meant to learn how to use the internet properly... it bores me to the death! There's this kid in class who reckons he knows he knows more than anybody else in the class, when all he really does is put a few powerpoint presentations up with ridiculous amounts of animations, which he just plops in there
    lol rant over

We never got days off either when it snowed, we used to walk the twenty four miles in our bare feet
over broken glass and sharp stones, minus 24 degrees every day, sit in the frozen school with no roof
and no doors, and sometime no windows, and then walk home again in the dark evenings,
the youth of today, they don't know how lucky they are.

I tried leaving the windows open to see what happened to my temps, but it seems to have just mucked up my external hard drive...

Musta been a dead/unused drive because you'd need to have it in a tub of water to do that

NO Windows?? Did you have mac, or Linux???

We had Abacus, but still did not keep us warm during winter in Europe.
