New Alienware M11X Ultraportable Announced at CES !

Hey

For those that don't know or haven't heard, Dell/Alienware recently announced an upcoming beauty. It's called the M11X Ultraportable Gaming machine !

Alienware M11X Ultraportable

It looks amazing and it's supposed to be out sometime next month. I'm looking forward to replacing my current laptop. I'm ashamed to tell you what I've got in it, it's a budget laptop :

- AMD Athlon TF-20 - 1.6GHZ (Single Core)
- 4GB of DDR2 RAM
- ATI Mobility Radeon X1200

Anyways I've always wanted an Alienware system, but all these years it's been too expensive and I could never afford one, however soon I shall finally buy one. Best of it will be under $1000.

For me it will be the perfect balance of portability and performance !

Well for me it looks promising, and anything really will be better than what I've currently got.

What are you currently using ? And are there any plans for a future system ?

Thats a GREAT Laptop... but my next PC is definately gonna be a Desktop now. Im so tired of constantly opening up my lappy and tweaking it internal settings/ changing up the fans/bios modding it to keep it cooler >.> Bah!
I just wait for the day that liquid cooling can somehow arrive in laptops!!-- RAWR!

Hello, I am not sure if this is the correct location to post this, so if I should post it somewhere else, please let me know. I am trying to use my bluetooth to connect a ps3 controller. I have successfully been able to do it in the past (I believe the last time was about 1.5-2 years ago)....

This computer has rebooted from a bugcheck - Alienware M11x R2
So some backstory... I have an Alienware M11x R2 and in the BIOS there is an overclock setting that lets you set the bus speed as high as 166 mhz. This results in pretty significant boosts in gameplay framerates. My laptop will run overclocked this way very well. It does not overheat, and...

Hi, I'm thinking about getting an alienware m11x for school. It comes out at 1,300 dollars with intel i5, 4 gb ram, 320gb hard drive, and the necessary accesories, microsoft word, neoprene case, 1tb external (about time right?), and a new mouse. Do you think I should buy this computer, or does...

So, I'm in the neighborhood of getting a new laptop. I don't want to spend too much money on it, but enough to where I can play EVE Online with no issues. It'll be used for school, and running apps (Such as Bots for games). I wanted to know if I can update Alienware hardware from NewEgg. Like...
