Windows 7: Mini laptops

Hello,

Is there a small device to write things ? and access the Internet like a mini laptop for $200 ? All i need is a keyboard and WIFI so I can access the Internet and Publish news while i am away from home.

any suggestion ?

I'm not sure if you can find one as low as $200 but you can get netbooks, wifi with a keyboard, for under $400

Here is one just under $300 SUS Eee PC Seashell 1005HA-EU1X-BK

A Celeron? 8GB? 512MB - I think there are mobile phones more powerful than this.

he want's the $200 mark, i got him as close as i could. and yeah i definatly think my droid phone has more power than that netbook
