    It may just be Radioshack and possibly other selected retailers, that will no longer have the ability to sell the cards.

    I work for GameStop. We're still selling them. We no longer sell 1month Cards, only 3, 6, and 1 year subscriptions.

    You wish. I can't use my discount for friends, not even family. I have to purchase it, if i get caught buying stuff discounted for others, I'm fired. So, I don't want to risk my job.


    Also, I spoke to my Microsoft buddy, who manages the XBOX Live Servers, he laughed pretty hard when I told him. He said, XBOX live Gold wouldn't be free, unless Microsoft came up with a new "Live" system.

    Does anybody remember what happened to Live One Care.....rumors hit the net...then came the denials...then came MSE, its free. It's certainly plausible.
