Kari, Most PSU's are able to do both the 110v which they use in the US, and the 220-240v we use in europe. Most likely, only the cord will have to be different

Thanks, Sergej Sergejevitsch. I suspected it to be so.

Back home, was a nice party. At the moment enjoying the peace, getting some R & R with S & S (scotch and soda), am not drunk enough yet (still some blood in my body alcohol).

Got this from staff, from other gifts the most interesting was a years subscription of Naked News

Geeks, I'm no PC builder or technician, allow me to ask something that might sound elementary to you: if I have PSU made for European market, can it be used in America? I mean, this AC / DC stuff and volts or something?
Looks like a nice computer you got there Kari, and of course the naked news.

    Congrats on your retirement.

Congrats on both the Naked News, and what looks to be a killer computer...in addition to your retirement, of course. No longer shall you be a slave to the time clock!

Thanks, Doc & Noobvious. It's just a bit too much. Would like to give it to my son or nephew, but it would not be ethical. They gave me a present, not to my son.

Anyway, I'm not a gamer so using that would be like having a Bentley only to drive to a supermarket once a week.
