    Just delete all the text that's currently in that box (inside your edit signature in your UCP) and put that in i typed. Then delete the spaces in the [] and [/] boxes

    Thanks Kathryn, John's still not fully back to fitness his arms are a lot better but his knee is still giving him problems.
    I'm a bit easier now the cramp has eased from my leg and I've stopped crying from the pain, oh well it's a new day tomorrow lets hope the sun shines again.
