    Daylight Savings Time Spring USA

Just thought I would drop a reminder that this Sunday many of us residents of the USA will begin rising one hour early each day ... sigh.

Personally, I despise the way this alters my "body clock" and sleep patters. It takes quite some time to adjust, only to revert back to "God's Time" in the Fall ... again, sigh.

    no cheers

    yeah, dst sucks!

i have a 1st grader who doesn't like going to sleep at her appointed time and definitely doesn't like getting up in the morning... only to have the clock move forward an hour? it's gonna be hell for a few weeks...
