Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

I only see that on old threads. That the scales are gone. Probably a certain time limit for posts in which you can give rep on them. I guess it's not a valid point to give rep for such old posts. Time to move forward to the future I suppose.

Yeah there is a setting somewhere that only allows you to give rep for a post less than xxx days old.

sometimes, when i open Win Explorer, there is green progress bar starting from left corner and ending in right side of address bar, what does this bar mean? the bar shows up for folders with only 2 files even

It is said that these drives use less electricity, so I assume that they must also run cooler...yes? If so, how much. Normally, I don't care about saving power, but if I get one of these, it will go into an external enclosure, which tends to run a little hotter.
