Google trying to outpace the MS Monopoly? Someone mutters: "don't be surprized if MS and Google don't team up.".

Some mention of Google also becoming another ISP? ut oooh....

I wouldn't want Google to start with!

I tend to use one of several other search engines even. But they are trying to poke into everything MS already has going it seems and eventually may even get into automotive softwares!

What the? Well what happened to them just being a friendly search enginge that they started with? Seems to me they are victims of their own success , wanting more and more, until eventually they've conquered the world.

Google turning into Microsoft maybe?

In retrospect, "yes, now you can keep the rear passengers in your mini van entertained with the new Google tv displays... watch Google on the road!"

Instead of MSN channels you now have "watch the Google channel!"

"hey Joe did you see that new Google mobile phone with a live tv feed?" "introducing the new Google voice activated dish washer!" and who knows what else.

in truth i like their idea for internet ! gigabit internet?! where the hell do i sign my soul for that

...... i hope it has no caps.... and will come to canada.... but tv? i do not think Google is wet enough in the business.

They would be totally out of their league there to start with! I couldn't see anyone staying awake watching: "now here's how to type in a search term in the new Google revised search ...."

im thinking it may go more along this line

"Today on the Google network we will be Googleing the word '****'"

and to find a show you must google the channel
