Nice exercise (look at the arm padding of the "bad guy"). We used to do similar exercises in my dog training club when I trained my German Shepherds. The doggy looks like a Malinois. They are very agile.

Malinois they are a herding dog yes

Malinois they are a herding dog yes
Yes, one of the Belgium shepherds together with the Tervuren, Groenendael and Laekenois.
