New Posts list - and replying to a thread

When I reply to a thread, then go to [New Posts], the thread is not listed at the top.

Are one's own replies (i.e. not just me) not considered when compiling the New Posts list?

List more than 25 posts at a time-How?
Especially when reviewing the "New Posts" list, I would like to view, by scrolling of course, 100 posts at a time rather than 25. How do I change the number of posts per web page?
