    I just found this really cool tool:
    Universal USB Installer – Easy as 1 2 3 | USB Pen Drive Linux

    It is a small exe file that will download and install just about any Linux distro that you have or want.

    It's easy to miss that it also has Win7, Vista and several boot disks like Hiren's in the drop-down menu:

    This makes creating a Win7 USB stick installer a breeze - great find!
