Pirate bay judge- Member of two copyright organisations

The Judge which led the case of the Pirate bay four is a member of two copyright organisations yet say's there was no conflict of interest. How does he work that one out, this trial gets more absurd as it goes on. Why didn't they just have the head of warner bros as the judge. Baffled.

Edit: He is actually a member of the very organisations which took pb to court!

good read, this trial is so messed up that a verdict will take years.
by which time the entertainment industry will hopefully pull their heads out and accept that tpb and sites like it are going to always exist

This almost stinks of some kind of conspiracy.
Is this only the tip of the iceberg?
Does anyone know who originally found out this information?

Now that I give it some more thought, maybe this is the reason the website is staying up...
