If anyone reading this is thinking about using Chrome....I have found using the beta 2.0.172.8 is the version i'm using at this time 5-3-09. The "stable" version does not seem to work as well in 7. Try the Chrome beta.

+1 for Chrome beta on 7 x64. I do however run Privoxy with it that covers my ad-blocking, script blocking and cookie management, the latter being quite important since Chrome doesn't take cookie privacy very seriously at all.

I had been a avid Fire Fox user for a long time now until the coming of Chrome, Internet Explorer 8, and Safari 4. At first i switched over to Chrome for the lightning fast speed but over time I grew very annoyed at the way it loaded certain pages and went back to FF3. Not until Windows 7 had I switched over to IE8. I was pleased (rather stunned) to see that IE8 was way more responsive then the later versions. Now IE8 is my default browser and I'm very happy with it.

That being said each browser has its own purpose. Its nice to see some healthy competition!

I'm perfectly happy with IE7. (eat yoursef FF fans )
I tried the IE8 beta, but somehow it slowed down my pc ...

I never liked Opera's interface, so I don't use it.
Long time ago (before IE7) I used the Safari and even now I have beta version installed, but I use it very rarely.

And as far the Chrome, I think it's a bad (very bery bad) copy of FF.

    But that's just me :)
