Windows 7: Anyone know what this is?

Yes Anthony she is happy now She can read the added text and I can find the name of the landscape pic so all bases covered for awhile but you know how that goes. She do have a beautiful smile.

I had to go all the way back to the original downloaded file to find the detials that GRiM clued me into. They were missing on the files that I had IrfanViewed with text.
