As for the iPad, good for it! I my opinion, among the masses, is that it's just an oversized iPhone running 4.0 firmware. If Apple didn't put the same restrictions on the iPad as the iPod Touch/iPhone, it would be a much better product (and if they built it a bit sturdier, apparently... )
