Spelling lessons needed...apparently

So this weekend I decided to empty out the digi cam saw this picture I captured about 1 1/2 months ago.

Do they teach spelling nowadays?

There should be a dictionary in every workplace.

What about counting your change back to you ???.. now that's sad..
they will stand and just look at you... having no idea how it's done.

That does not amaze me at all. As to a survey they did in New Jersey last year, 35% of the 8th graders can neither read nor write - but I guess they can flip burgers.

I always give them more than enough money to see if they can do it their head or need the computer to figure it out.
They aren't even teaching them the 3 R's
