How to make online once-voting survey?

    Hi everybody,

Does someone know how to make an online poll with voting only once by computer?
What is the principal of voting-once per computer to avoid multiple votes from the same person, machine?

    Thanks a lot.

I run a website selling things (I can't tell you what it's called because that would be advertising) and to create the business order form (the Consumer one uses PayPal) I used Wufoo.

You just sign up for an account and use the simple drag and drop system to make what ever you want , whether it be an order form, poll etc.

There is a check box in there to only allow one vote per IP address which is what you want.

When someone hits submit it can either be added to a public table which anyone can see (I think) or the data can just be sent straight to you via email.

I would recommend this because of it's ease of use and creation as well as its customisability.

If you need any more help or any clarification then please ask.

No problem, post back if you like it (or even if you don't).

If you need any help creating the survey I'll do my best to help.
