The difference between a Northern Girl and Southern Girl...
    Northern girl says you can
whereas a Southern Girl says .............ya all can!

I have just been out to see my Job-search Advisor and we are thinking of signing me up for a CLAIT course or something similar. Perhaps starting sometime next month.
    I wish you success.

This date cannot be correct.. take a look.
We have just found out that dad's operation is on 6/10/10 (time not known yet), so it is a fortnight tomorrow.
I'm guessing it may well be.. Oct. 6 , '10

    Hello LPt.

The UK uses a different dating convention.
M'Lady, they use DD/MM/YY or DD/MMM/YYYY as does much of the world including the US military. Makes sorting by date easy.
I did not know that! I do prefer and use the 24-hour time protocol, but like LPt, I am used to the month/day/year.
