Kernel-41 Issue is Becoming Annoying

I have been running Windows 7 Prof since about January or February. When i First installed i got a problem with my computer crashing almost every hour while in MW2, i thought i had fixed it by changing around some options. Now the problem is back. It has been back for a month or so, but i stopped playing the games that caused it. Really i just need help identifying what i need to change to make it stop, seeing how i'm at the point were i want to throw my computer at the wall, so today i decided to make a stand. There is no BSOD, just a Kernell-41 Power issue!

You might want to test your PSU and your RAM.

What is the make and model of your power supply?

You may also test your RAM. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using ISO Recorder. Boot from the CD and leave it running for at least 5 passes.

My computer always gets an error whenever trying to burn anything to a disk. Saying something about the speed being incompatible
