The video driver stopped responding to commands, and the recovery also failed, hence the 116 bugcheck.

Not true, in fact - at this point, you should update the video driver:
Code:
0: kd> lmvm nvlddmkm
start end module name
fffff880`1060b000 fffff880`11334700 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
    Image name: nvlddmkm.sys
    Timestamp: Sat Apr 03 20:06:21 2010 (4BB7D7FD)
    CheckSum: 00D35ED9
    ImageSize: 00D29700
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
The latest version is from 2010-7-19, not 2010-4-3.
If that doesn't help though, you'll need to consider the video card itself is the problem.

Update the driver, see if it changes anything. If the problems continue, replace the video card.

If you've updated the drivers to the latest versions from 7-19 and it's still crashing, unfortunately that almost always means bad hardware. Since it's new, you should be able to at least take it back to where you purchased it and have it replaced, no? That's what I would be doing.
