AT&T Sierra Lightning ATTCM Initialization Error/is it registry prob?

Please help: I am using AT&T's Sierra Lightning aircard and now I receive an error message ATTCM Initialization Error: Corruption has been detected in Feature Manager Settings. Backup file has been loaded.

I contacted AT&T and they tried to uninstall and reinstall and I still receive this message. After being on the phone with the rep for almost 2 hours they finally told me it's a registry error?????

I logged on this morning and got a Windows Blue Screen but it flashed off quick so I could not read it...I did something and came up with the info on the BSOD

I am a computer ding dong so please help ~
