Windows 7 - BSOD on brand new laptop

| | BSOD on brand new laptop hello first of all this is the first time i visit this site, so tell me if i dont include any crucial information. (a) anyway, i bought my laptop from HP (model Pavilion dv6-2165eo Entertainment) just 10 days ago. very soon i started having problems with BSOD. sometimes i get them twice in an hour, sometimes it doesnt happen for 1 or 2 days, but they always come back. i also completely reset my computer to its factory settings once, but they came back anyway. im running windows 7 x64. i dont really have anything to prove this, but i have a feeling the problem has to do with the sound card. im not sure but i got this feeling because it happened a few times when there was sound involved ie somebody talking in Skype, switching tracks in spotify etc. i included my MiniDump folder in an attachment. thank you in advance for any help. |
