Cannot start window.

I have a problem with starting window. I can't seems to start the window normally. Everytime I start the window, The laptop will direct me to the startup repair application and fix the problem. I restarted my laptop after leaving my laptop on for 1 hour, The result is still the same. I have to use startup repair to fix the problem. Any solution for this? Before this incident happen, My laptop kept on freezing with the light(I don't know what is the name for the light, That light keeps on blinking whenever you do work, Its shape is like a dustbin) shining without blinking. Help.
