Hi,

I suspect this is hardware because there are many stop codes listed with a lot of things blamed. If you are overclocking anything, please reset to default optimal setting in BIOS.

Please test your RAM, there are exception codes (c000005) that indicate memory access violation. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

dxgmms1.sys was blamed in the DMP. Please re-install your graphic card drivers. When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Run a disk check please: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads

There is one stop code 3B, which is system service exception and win32k.sys was blamed, which make me think about third party antivirus software or firewall. I would suggest to remove Eset completely. If you need an alternative program to use while not having Eset, please try Microsoft security essential. It is known for BSODs free and it is free :)

Run system file check please, it will fix your system file in case any of them corrupted.

Update speedfan if you can:
Code:
speedfan speedfan.sys Sun Sep 24 20:26:48 2006 (45168798)
I suspect this can be overheating issue. Speedfan was the process running at the time of crash.

Please follow the advise step by step
