| | Help! Bsod! Most solutions checked! HP dv6-3042tx Windows 7 x64 I tried every solution, the hardrive was not an issue, the memory was not an issue, so i think its the softwares, or possibly overheating. i seriously don't know Attachments Made, has the dump files, the problem signature, picture and the performance monitor. |

| | okay, norton was pre-installed already in on the laptop, but i was already useing MSE, so if i remove norton may i solve the problem?i am removing it now |

| | It was directly blamed in the DMP with stop code 50, which is typically caused by Antivirus program. Make sure to remove it using the instruction I gave. Good Luck Tuan |

| | yep i am following your instructions for removing it using the nortom removal tool i will reply in a week or so if any errors are still occuring |
