Windows constantly receiving errors in normal boot

So basically i can boot up normally into 7 which i JUST installed, then i can do things normally at a fast pace for a while but less than 10 minutes into use it basically freezes and all applications i am using become non-responsive. and i get a window that says [windows explorer has experienced an error, if you wait the problem may fix itself]. And i can boot into safemode with networking no problem and that is the only way i am able to ask this question.

Also a hiccup in the process is that i cannot install an anti-virus program to scan if that's the problem because installing wont work in safemode and i dont have enough time in normal mode to install anything

Did you choose safe mode with networking, That should give you internet.

Try this
Try safe mode with networking. If that works download Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes. Run a full scan with each and make sure they are updated before use.
Cant do that, see if you can download to a CD or finger drive from another computer
If you are virus and malware free, my guess is overheating or memory or a problem program.
