BSOD, fresh install W7 64bit

oh someone PLEASE help me with my BSODs...
i fresh installed Windows 7 3 times now thinking i solved my issues.

i finally cought a BSOD in progress and got a driver power state failure.
but it may not be for all my improper shutdown messages.
Is there anyway you can help me if i upload my minidumps?

please im desperate....
