Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Random BSOD Greetings,
I have been plagued by these random BSOD's for 6 months or so now, but have simply put up with it. Time has come when I can stand it no longer!
I have some Minidump files if someone wouldn't mind looking at them - I am clueless when it comes to debugging.
Thanks in advance for any help you can lend! | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Core 2 Quad Q9550 Motherboard Intel DX48BT2 Memory 4 gig OCZ3P16004GK Graphics Card 2x XFX Radeon HD4890's in CF XXX Edition Sound Card On Board Monitor(s) Displays Asus VW222U Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Razer Lycosa Mouse Razer Copperhead PSU Thermaltake Toughpower XT 775W Case Coolermaster Storm Sniper Cooling Coolermaster V6GT, 3x 200mm case fan, 2x 120mm case fan. Have updated Lycosa and mobo chipset drivers and removed any old drivers I found. Cannot find any trace of these in my system.

Update!
I ran prime95 for about 3 hours in the hope of speeding up my BSOD occurrence, and it worked! Minidump of this BSOD is attached.
Just some history for you, when I first built this system one of the DIMM sockets on the mobo was faulty, which in turn would kill any RAM module that was placed in it. Both mobo and RAM has been replaced since.
System is not overclocked, RAM is rated for 1600MHz, but I run it at 1333MHz since things get unstable if I try for 1600MHz.
Thanks again for the help! | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Core 2 Quad Q9550 Motherboard Intel DX48BT2 Memory 4 gig OCZ3P16004GK Graphics Card 2x XFX Radeon HD4890's in CF XXX Edition Sound Card On Board Monitor(s) Displays Asus VW222U Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Razer Lycosa Mouse Razer Copperhead PSU Thermaltake Toughpower XT 775W Case Coolermaster Storm Sniper Cooling Coolermaster V6GT, 3x 200mm case fan, 2x 120mm case fan. Let's test some more hardware.
First, since the manufacturer rated the RAM for 1600MHz, you should be able to run it at that. That is the fastest speed they guarantee it will run stably.
If you can RMA the RAM, that would be great.
Test RAM. Prime95 will test some RAM, so it's nice to have a program that will test only RAM, to try to eliminate factors. See here: RAM - Test with Memtest86+ Code: Microsoft (R) Windows Debugger Version 6.12.0002.633 AMD64

Ok, now this is getting strange. Computer fails memtest. When I first started trying to sort this problem out many months ago, memtest was one of the tests I ran - numerous times, and it passed.
Now I guess I am back to the same situation I was in before, is this mobo also screwing up my RAM. I have had nothing but trouble with this board, and I don't really want to risk buying new RAM and having that damaged also.
Perhaps I bite the bullet and replace mobo and RAM at the same time.
Thanks for all the help, will keep you posted if new hardware solves my problem. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Core 2 Quad Q9550 Motherboard Intel DX48BT2 Memory 4 gig OCZ3P16004GK Graphics Card 2x XFX Radeon HD4890's in CF XXX Edition Sound Card On Board Monitor(s) Displays Asus VW222U Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Razer Lycosa Mouse Razer Copperhead PSU Thermaltake Toughpower XT 775W Case Coolermaster Storm Sniper Cooling Coolermaster V6GT, 3x 200mm case fan, 2x 120mm case fan. Stability tests won't find errors everytime, it depends on what is causing the errors.
They are tools to help find the cause of the errors, getting errors on hardware that previously passed is not uncommon. It still means there is a hardware or driver problem.
Have you run the memtest86+ as described in the above tutorial?
Testing the RAM in different slots can help to find a bad slot, which would indicate the MOBO needs to be replaced.
You can RMA the MOBO and/or the RAM or do some more testing to find the probable culprit.
Have you checked for an updated BIOS?
Sometimes an update will fix known problems such as RAM compatibility, it's worth checking. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number 76~1.4 OS Windows 7 Ult x64 - SP1/ Windows 8 CP x64 CPU Intel Core i5-750 3.84GHz Motherboard Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P, SATA 6Gb/s USB 3, f14 Memory 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600 Corsair Vengeance CL8 1.5v Graphics Card XFX HD 5770 1GB DDR5 Sound Card Realtek HD Audio ALC889 Integrated Chip Monitor(s) Displays 22" LCD Dell Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Logitech Wave Mouse CM Sentinel PSU Corsair HX650W Case Cooler Master Storm Scout Cooling Corsair H80 2x12cm Noctua NF P12 , 2x14cm case fans Hard Drives Intel X25 M 120GB SSD,

I ran memtest the way the tutorial describes, which is similar to the way I ran it previously (from CD rather than USB stick). Since the program is running before the OS loads, it leads me to think that it is hardware related rather than driver or other software.
Swapping the RAM sticks around was how I found the faulty DIMM socket originally, it is also how I ended up killing 4 sticks of RAM.
I see there is a BIOS update recently released, so I'll at least give that a try and see what happens.
Thanks again! | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Core 2 Quad Q9550 Motherboard Intel DX48BT2 Memory 4 gig OCZ3P16004GK Graphics Card 2x XFX Radeon HD4890's in CF XXX Edition Sound Card On Board Monitor(s) Displays Asus VW222U Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Razer Lycosa Mouse Razer Copperhead PSU Thermaltake Toughpower XT 775W Case Coolermaster Storm Sniper Cooling Coolermaster V6GT, 3x 200mm case fan, 2x 120mm case fan.
