Memory dump Error

Hello I just purchased a Hp pavilion elite in mid October. It ran without error until the last week of October. I've contacted HP support, they couldn't help me so they are sending out a box.

I have been reading some of the threads on BSoD and decided to give this a go. I've attached my minidump file. Attachment 114342

Thank you for your time.

Its your symantec. Remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials and the win 7 firewall. If you get any more BSOD's upload them

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

Well I have gotten the error again. This time when trying to zip or rar the dump files it gives me this error "File not found or no read permission". Even though I am the administrator I cannot access these files. What a day.

Not sure what to do now other information I can add is when it happens now it is usually a program starting up such as a game. I've ran memtest86+ and both HP's and SMART diagnostics. I've also reset the ram. No without being able to upload the dump files I may just have to send the computer in?
