BSOD Message: Stop 0x0000003B

I'm Running Win 7 Home Premium 64bit, Its a OEM version I purchased about 3 months ago from tigerdirect.com, The computer itself is about 3 - 6 months old but has only been operating for about 3 cause I built it myself so it took about 6 months for me to complete the build, the worst bsod I had I wrote down the screen message and when I finished and rebooted the pc it had wiped my OS out so I had to reinstall Win 7. This occurred on Nov 14 but since then I have had it crash I think three more times but on one of those times it just rebooted itself. I have inserted the zip file which contains the Health Report & The Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder in a zip file I hope I zip it correctly let me know if you need anything else, I thank you in advance for helping me.
Derrick

Love to help but no dmps included in upload try this method

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

dg, read the last part of the first post in this tutorial and make sure your system is set for mini dumps: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...en-forums.html. If you are running a cleaning program such a Ccleaner, make sure it is NOT set to delete dump files.

I recommend that you completely uninstall Norton/Symantec using this removal tool: Tool. Norton is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.

Also please uninstall Sygate Firewall. Third party firewall software is known cause of BSOD's on many Win 7 systems.

I find some out of date drivers loaded on your system. Outdated drivers can and do cause memory corruption and crashes. Update these drivers:
Quote:
000.fcl 9/26/2008 - CyberLink FCL Driver Video editing software, Multimedia Software and Blu-ray playback software by CyberLink. Update this software or uninstall it.

AtiPcie.sys 5/5/2009 - ATI PCIE Driver for ATI PCIE chipset. Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD

gdrv.sys 3/12/2009 - gdvr.sys - GIGABYTE Tools - Windows (R) Server 2003 DDK driver; belongs to EasySaver. Uninstall this utility.

teefer2.sys 5/13/2009 - Teefer2 Miniport, Teefer Driver belongs to Sygate Personal Firewall or Sygate Personal Firewall Pro or VCOM SystemSuite Professional or Sygate Security Agent by Sygate Technologies, Inc (www.sygate.com). Uninstall this software.
This is the best I can do until I look at actual dump files. Follow all of the above suggestions and see how your system runs. Please update us and let us know.

It is setup just like that but for some reason I do not have a minidump folder, atleast I cant find one. I have 2 folders named dmp one located under C:\Windows\SysWOW64\com and the other is located C:\Windows\System32\com but they are both empty, and no I dont have ccleaner installed.

OK, thanks for the answer. Do a search in Windows Explorer of your C: drive. Search for "*.dmp" (without the quotes). I am editing my post above with some suggestions. Refresh this page in about 15 minutes.

Thanks, just make sure you are setup exactly like the tutorial showed. I have finished my analysis based on the other files you uploaded. Refresh the page and follow my suggestions above. Maybe those steps will solve the problem.
