Bsod on play-out server using win7 prof

Hello guys,

I have a dump file that I can`t read, since I`ve meet this forum I`ve learned to analyse myself and not bother other ppl but this time I miss something.

I have this playout server using win7 prof on an I7 930 3gb ram 2 raids 0 and 5 1st for OS and 2nd for storage bla bla bla, I don`t have the eact config I just tell you what I kept in mind about that system.

We run DMI technologies software on it, Airbox, Playbox, Titlebox software to play media files in an television environment.

Well, Airbox crashes unexpectadly when you drag & drop files (that`s one example) and in many other occasions, one time I got a BSOD. I cannot read it unfortunately.

It says
Loading User Symbols
Loading unloaded module list

and it stays there forever.

Tried to change the image file path unsuccesfully.

Therefore I attach the dump file to see if someone here can read it

I heared that the win7 and the DMI software are still testing the compatibility but I want to eliminate a faulty driver or old one or any other faulty hardware issue that might occured.

Error code 101, CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. Read the following thread on this error code:

In the article linked above, drivers are given as a possible cause. I find the following out of date drivers on your system. Update or eliminate these drivers and see if it helps your system. The dump shows the first driver listed as being involved in the crash.

3wareDrv.sys Tue Mar 24 21:31:45 2009 - 3ware 9000 Series RAID Controller. AMCC. http://www.appliedmicro.com/MyAMCC/jsp/public/productDetail/product_detail.jsp?productID=9000. Update this driver or uninstall the controller and upgrade. This driver is not compatible with Win 7.

Dbgv.sys Sat May 17 11:18:56 2008 - DebugView, Sysinternals. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896647.aspx. Apparently, this program has not been updated for Win 7 and that driver is over two years old. Uninstall it.

wibukey2.sys Thu Nov 09 07:08:22 2006 - WIBU-KEY Plug&Play Driver, WIBU-KEY Software Protection System, WIBU-SYSTEMS AG. http://support.wibu.com/en/faq/install.html. This is an XP driver. Update the driver or uninstall the software. I recommend uninstalling it.

unfortunately I cannot provide more system specs due to lack of acces at the system itself.

The updates that you provided so far should be enough,

wibukey2 is the usb key driver for the dongle that activates the airbox software, that caused most likely the crashes that I received randomly in Airbox (the app was crashing several times a day)

the raid controller driver could be a reason for the bsod aswell.

i`ll see if I can update these drivers and keep you updated.

You are very welcome. You can try installing the RAID controller in the Vista compatibility mode and see if that works.
