Windows 7 - Problem When Windows Wake Up from Sleep

Hi!

Recently i brought an HP dv6-3180sp Laptop and format the hard drive and install my version of Windows (Windows 7 Ultimate x64).

But i have a problem with the Sleep mode in my computer.

When i put it to Sleep when open the lid the Biometric device to login does not work and if i insert the password i receive a empty screen.

If I want to work again i need to force a shut down. And power on again.

I don't know how to resolve this trouble.

Make sure you have the latest audio, video, network and chipset drivers.

Your bios should be: 2010-11-25 , Version:F.23

Biometric device you say ? Does it come with drivers for Windows 7 x64 ? Did you update Windows ? Did Windows install successfully drivers for it ?

Sometimes it may just be a driver issue.

The driver is updated and is to x64 platform...

When it happens Windows only can work again after ~2 minutes .... waiting

Some Help is need :S

After many tentatives finally i discover that the problem is caused by the Finger print software/hardware (i don't know)...
