Blue Screen SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Hi, I am new here and I have a new PC, it gets this blue screen at boot up sometimes and crashes sometimes with it. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED is the Blue Screen, and with Blue Screen View I have found it is the ntoskrnl.exe file with Bug Check Code 0x1000007e

Windows 7:
- 64 Bit Ultimate Version
- This is the only OS on the PC ever
- This is an OEM version of Windows
- The hardware is a few weeks old
- I never reinstalled windows and it is a few weeks old

Please help because it is unstable. I have attached all the minidumps and other things from the Post instructions including system report.
