ASUS and BSOD cant get fixed properly

Ok so im about to throw my computer out the window because i have had it at Best buy 6 times to fix the issue and they never do. what is happening is ever since i bought it it has been freezing and giving me a blue screen of death. Im out of ideas on what to do. There were no changes in anything when it started. It happens at least 3-5 times a day and makes it almost impossible to use the computer for anything important.

I have a Asus U53F laptop with Windows Home premium 64. From what i can figure out is that everytime the computer crashes it says it is caused by this driver NETw5s64.sys at this address NETw5s64.sys+13fb5.

I dont know how to attach any files that would help you figure it out. if you can tell me how to do that i can attach some to help. Im just at a loss cause i have had it in at least 5 times and nobody can fix it. can someone please help.

Please take a look at: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

I have a small feeling about what may be causing the problem but I want to see the dump first, just in case

and FYI, Geek Squad's just a bunch of half-trained monkeys. I was one a couple years back. I about killed myself having to put up with their BS.

These were all caused by NETw5s64.sys your intel wifi driver. Re-install it with the newest version available.

How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

Belarc Advisor - Free Personal PC Audit

Download and install this. Click giant button top right "Click here to download".
Let it find all the info on your PC. It will show you what version of WiFi you have on your laptop.
It collects no info for Belarc and is completely safe.
I've been using it since 2003 with no problems.

Tells you what version of every software on the PC and all hardware installed- EVERYTHING!

Then you can find the driver for your Wifi.
