more bsod-ing dell xps

Hello there
I am running the following
dell studio xps 16
windows 7 64bit
microsoft security essensials.

random bsod-ing allong with recently google chrome will not open properly.
hope you guys can help

Upgrade your network driver:

Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\netw5s64.sys (13.0.0.107, 6.63 MB (6,952,960 bytes), 15/09/2009 17:40)

Check your audio driver as well.

sptd.sys

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:
