Windows 7 - Blue Screen help

I now remember that I installed this laptop's touchpad driver even Windows 7 finds them. Because Windows 7 finds but touchpad's vertical scroll property doent work this time. Do you mean that if i install previous drivers in vista mode it will work also?

I installed not from manufacturer's site but from synaptic's website because manufacturer's driver is from 2008 and the same one. then from device manager i searched for update and windows installed the update. it is strange that i installed from synaptics but when i search for update it found another thing.

audio device is not running on safe mode.

Hi again mate. I made verifier test again and found out that SynTP.sys always causes bluescreen even i install the latest version. So as you said i am using the one Windows 7 finds itself even it has vertical scroll fuction doesnt work. Also RTSTOR.sys gives blue screen but doesnt create a dump file. So i uninstalled the Card reader's driver And strangely it installed Mass USB device driver instead. Again I started normally and verifier didnt cause any blue screens. I hope it goes on like this.


edit: Oh no, i made a full verifier test it again created a dump file now I am attaching it.

name444 - please restrict your posts to this topic. The helpers here are volunteers and have limited time to address all of the posts. Additionally, 4 different posts makes it difficult for any of the helpers to get an idea of the total picture of your issues.

usasma i will not occupy this forum again but please for last time could you check the last dump file i sent. that is the critical thing after all these responses. i didnt know the format of the forum.
