Yes of course. But that means I'll have to invoke the BSOD. I'll edit this post when I have done so.

Putting my computer to sleep/standby or hibernate causes the screen to go blank and that's it. The hard disk responds for a while and then everything hangs. Nothing but force rebooting does anything. I can't even get the BSOD to invoke anymore so forget the BSOD part as it no longer has any relevance because I can't even get my comp to sleep. I use hibernate for convenience and sleep for the same purpose. I dislike force rebooting. I suspect my display
drivers are the culprit. The Intel Mobile Chipset 4 Family. I have my system specs on my profile below.
