i just installed an additional 1 gb ram on my pc.
Then when i tried to boot Windows 7 build 7201 i got a BSOD.
Then i went for a fresh installation then again i got a BSOD error.
do u guys know how to solve this problem please help me??

If it's RDRam, you must have installed 2 sticks. They only work in pairs. I'm guessing you are not using RDRam, so you probably have a timing issue that you will need to go into the bios to fix.
Try setting the ram timings in bios to the specs of your new ram. If the new ram is compatible with your motherboard and is faster than the previous 256, remove the 256 permanently.
