I have a touchsmart tm2t (HP) which has giving me lots of issues since almost 7 months now. I have tried everything, and even sent the laptop to HP service twice, but they have not been able to figure anything out. They are adamant that they will not replace the laptop even under warranty, and I am desperately searching for answers to the persistent crashes.
My Windows 7 . . .
- is 64-bit and was OEM, has been reinstalled a lot many times now.
- The computer was bought in early April 2010
- latest system reinstallation was probably around 3rd February (by HP staff)
I am attaching my zip file containing all the dmp and other analyses files..
Please help.
