Please provide this information for a complete look at your problem: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

This is a STOP 0x124 error. As such it's usually hardware based, although compatibility issues could cause it also.
So, what have you done to the computer recently?

I'd suggest that you isolate where the buzzing is coming from. If, for example, it's the fan on your CPU cooler - this could be an overheating issue.

I suggest starting all troubleshooting with the following diagnostic tests. They'll save you a lot of time and heartache if there is a hardware failure, and you'll have the disks on hand in case you need them in the future:
