Hello,
This is my first post.
Brief problem history:
I was using Windows XP SP3 pro. 32-bit without any issues since Feb. 2010 when I got my new assembled PC (Intel Dual core E5400, Gigabyte GM31, 2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM).
Then in Feb. 2011, I started getting unhandled svchost exceptions and app crashes , more often while using internet based applications (browsers, Digsyby IM etc). The latest software that I remember installing round about that time was the installation CD for my LG Optimus one P-500 mobile phone. The unhandled exceptions and apps crash problem persisted and are still occurring.
So now I have got a new HDD and I have done a fresh installation of Windows 7 - x86 (32-bit) Ultimate retail version on it. But now I am getting BSODs !!. So to test, I got a new 2GB 800MHz DDR2 memory stick of the same make and replaced the older ones (2 x 1GB sticks), but the BSODs are still occurring. Same result with combination of new and old RAM (2 x 1GB) + (1 X 1GB)
Attached herewith is the zip file containing the folder "Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2". Kindly analyse the dump files, results and let me know the reason behind the BSODs and the solution to it. (Though I have moderate knowledge of PC and softwares, I am naive as far as BSOD, Dump files and its analysis are concerned. Please help.)
Thanks in advance for your help.
