unexpectedly Windows 7 32 bit Prof. shutdown

hey every1
its my first day in the forum ,and im looking for a solution to my problem ,i saw many post in the forum and many have the same prob as mine (bleuScreen +windows error). i tried to figure out
wat to do but unfortunately i have no solution ,,plzzz help me
