Windows 7 - Windows 7 Ultimate stuck at welcome screen & reboots with blue screen

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.93 GHz
4GB DDR2 RAM
800GB WD HDD 7200rpm 64mb cache
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

I never had any problem with my desktop and it NEVER got stuck or anything. I've searched and tested every solution I could find but none seems to work. When I power on the desktop, a black screen comes up just before the welcome screen for a really long time. Most of the time, it restarts after a blue screen comes up. When the desktop does appear, it again restarts when I press any button. It started to slow down a few days ago and got stuck quite often but now this. Basically, I can't do anything. System restore comes up with some error in safe mode and I do not have a backup or Windows CD. My hard disk is filled with a lot of delicate data and it also has like 300GB of videos and stuff. I really need your help guys?

If you can boot in safemode with networking, just follow these instructions

Windows 7 Ultimate x86
Not genuine, installed by retailer
System is about 6 months old
OS is about 3 months old. First time Windows 7 install. Previously had Vista.

Btw, the system health report reported an error when I tried to generate it. I clicked 'run as administrator' and took a snip of the few results that came. They are also included in the ZIP.

Old drivers may be the cause, Update your Softf56 Modem driver by Conexant Systems

Update your Realtek drivers http://218.210.127.131/downloads/

Remove AVG and use MSE

Please remove your starforce driver, it is incompatible with Windows7
