The machine in question is an HP Pavilion Elite HPE desktop machine running Windows 7 Home Premium x64, purchased in late 2010/early 2011. The error has occurred since initial configuration.
Upon startup, I get the following error message:

Which program would use this system resource, and why would it be located in AppData\Local?
EDIT: I found it in MSCONFIG as Qtuqudiro, manufacturer Unknown, located in HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Again, what the bleep is this and why is it on my computer?
